Terms of Use.

These terms cover jumak.app, the ledger (jumak.app/wl), the wanted wall (jumak.app/wall), the daily case and other posts on @Jumak_app, and any mint we run. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Who can take part

You must be at least 19 and of legal age where you live, and allowed by your local law to take part. You may not take part from a sanctioned country or on behalf of a sanctioned person.

2. The daily case

  • Every day we post a SANJEOK suspect. Reply with a charge. Free to enter; nothing to buy.
  • We choose up to three winners at our discretion: the top two charges and the best “witness” (a reply to someone else’s charge). Likes may inform the choice but do not decide it.
  • One seat per person per day. Replies that are hateful, harassing, sexual, about real tragedies, infringe others’ rights, advertise other projects or tokens, or come from bots or multiple accounts are not eligible, and we may disqualify them at any time, including after an announcement.
  • By replying you let us quote your reply text and show your X handle on the wanted poster, on X and on the wanted wall.

3. Genesis WL

  • A Genesis WL seat is a place on the allowlist for the SANJEOK mint: the chance to mint during the allowlist phase, if and when it is held, at the price set for that phase. It is not a free NFT and has no cash value.
  • Seats are personal and cannot be sold or transferred. Claim yours on the wanted wall by signing in with the winning X account and signing with your wallet before the allowlist closes. Unclaimed seats lapse.
  • Genesis is SANJEOK #1–555, the first 555 minted; the token number decides it. The allowlist phase mints only within #1–555, one per wallet, and stops when #555 is minted, so a seat is a chance to mint Genesis, not a guarantee of one.
  • During trial runs, winners go on the wall without a WL seat. We announce on X when Genesis WL starts.
  • Mint timing, supply and price may change. We will announce changes on jumak.app and @Jumak_app.

4. No token or financial promise

Nothing on jumak.app or our X account is an offer or promise of any token (including $JUMO), airdrop, profit or financial return. NFTs are digital collectibles, not investments. Their value can go to zero. Test-network assets have no value.

5. Your wallet, your responsibility

You control your wallet and keys. Blockchain transactions are final and we cannot reverse them. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Only jumak.app and @Jumak_app are official; anyone else claiming to be us is not.

6. Our art and content

The JUMAK name, characters, art, comics and text belong to JUMAK. What NFT holders may do with their artwork will be set out when the mint opens; until then, please do not use our art commercially.

7. Availability and liability

The services are provided “as is”. We may change, pause or end any part of them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchains, wallets, X or other third parties. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

이 약관은 jumak.app, 명부(jumak.app/wl), 수배벽(jumak.app/wall), X 계정 @Jumak_app의 일일 공모와 게시물, 그리고 우리가 여는 민팅에 적용됩니다. 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 참여 자격

만 19세 이상이고 거주 국가의 성년이어야 하며, 현지 법령상 참여가 허용되어야 합니다. 제재 대상 국가에서, 또는 제재 대상자를 대신해 참여할 수 없습니다.

2. 일일 공모

  • 매일 산적 한 명의 수배 공모를 올립니다. 답글로 죄목을 적으면 됩니다. 참여는 무료이며 구매 조건이 없습니다.
  • 당첨자는 우리가 정하며 하루 최대 3명입니다: 죄목 1·2등과 베스트 증인(다른 사람 죄목에 단 답글). 좋아요는 참고할 뿐 결정 기준은 아닙니다.
  • 한 사람은 하루 한 자리만 받습니다. 혐오·괴롭힘·성적 내용, 실제 참사를 다룬 내용, 타인의 권리 침해, 다른 프로젝트나 토큰 홍보, 봇이나 다중 계정의 답글은 제외되며, 발표 후에도 당첨을 취소할 수 있습니다.
  • 답글을 달면 그 문구를 인용하고 X 핸들을 수배지, X, 수배벽에 표시하는 것에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

3. Genesis WL

  • Genesis WL은 산적 민팅의 화이트리스트 자리입니다. 화이트리스트 단계가 열리면 그 단계의 가격으로 민팅할 기회를 뜻하며, 무료 NFT가 아니고 현금 가치가 없습니다.
  • 자리는 본인 것이며 판매·양도할 수 없습니다. 수배벽에서 당첨된 X 계정으로 로그인하고 지갑으로 서명해 화이트리스트 마감 전에 받아야 하며, 받지 않은 자리는 소멸합니다.
  • Genesis는 가장 먼저 민팅되는 산적 #1–555이며, 토큰 번호로 정해집니다. 화이트리스트 단계는 #1–555 안에서 지갑당 1개만 민팅되고 #555가 민팅되면 끝나므로, WL 자리는 Genesis를 민팅할 기회일 뿐 받는 것을 보장하지 않습니다.
  • 시범 운영 기간에는 WL 없이 이름만 수배벽에 걸립니다. Genesis WL 시작은 X로 알립니다.
  • 민팅 일정·수량·가격은 바뀔 수 있으며, 바뀌면 jumak.app과 @Jumak_app에 알립니다.

4. 토큰·수익 약속 없음

jumak.app과 우리 X 계정의 어떤 내용도 토큰($JUMO 포함), 에어드랍, 수익의 제공이나 약속이 아닙니다. NFT는 디지털 수집품이지 투자 상품이 아니며, 가치가 0이 될 수 있습니다. 테스트넷 자산은 가치가 없습니다.

5. 지갑 관리 책임

지갑과 키는 본인이 관리합니다. 블록체인 거래는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 우리는 시드 문구나 개인 키를 절대 묻지 않습니다. 공식 채널은 jumak.app과 @Jumak_app뿐입니다.

6. 저작물

주막의 이름, 캐릭터, 그림, 코믹스, 글은 주막에 속합니다. NFT 보유자의 이용 범위는 민팅 때 따로 알리며, 그 전까지는 상업적으로 쓰지 말아 주십시오.

7. 서비스 제공과 책임

서비스는 있는 그대로 제공되며, 일부를 바꾸거나 멈추거나 끝낼 수 있습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 손해, 일실 이익, 블록체인·지갑·X 등 제3자로 인한 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자 보호 법령상 배제할 수 없는 권리는 제한하지 않습니다.

8. 변경, 준거법, 연락처

약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.
